Queensland's Only Highway & Rainforest Art Exhibition

This outdoor ephemeral exhibition showcases the works of central Queensland artists along a 20km stretch of the Bruce Highway between Bororen and Colosseum, and along an art trail at the base of Mugul Mountain (also known as Mt Colosseum), a site of significance for the Gooreng Gooreng first nation people.

All works are on display until 31 October 2021.

We recognise the continuous and deep connection to Country of Aboriginal people as the first peoples of this nation.

In this way we respectfully acknowledge the Gooreng Gooreng  traditional owners of this land, sea and sky.

We pay tribute to the Elders past, present and future.

It is a privilege to be present on Country and we hope Wrapt in Mugul supports the land, sea and spirit.

This project is supported by the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland.
